How can something so elegant be so easy?
Sometimes, the most elegant things are also the simplest.
Take bruschetta, for instance. You’ve probably seen this appetizer at fancy parties and restaurants: thick slices of grilled, garlicky bread, topped with a mixture of fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, and olive oil. It’s very tasty, very trendy, very posh.
But if you come right down to it, this tomato topping is actually incredibly simple to make. It only has a handful of ingredients: tomatoes, onion, basil, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. And all you really have to do to them is chop them up and mix them together.
Better still, there are all kinds of things you can do with this super easy bruschetta topping besides just putting it on bread. You can serve it as a dip at parties with crackers or chips. You can use it as a condiment to liven up grilled chicken, fish, or eggs. It even makes a great easy pasta sauce.
Try it for yourself, and you’ll realize this Easy Bruschetta Recipe is way too good to save for elegant parties. Anything this easy and this tasty deserves a spot on your everyday table.
