Ingredients
- 32 oz package frozen meatballs
- 8 oz package baby bella or button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 packages dry brown gravy mix
- 1 ¾ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional* fresh minced parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add meatballs, mushrooms, minced onion, garlic powder to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
- Whisk the gravy mix packages with the water until no lumps remain and pour into the slow cooker.
- Stir and cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or high for 2-3 hours. Once the meatballs have finished cooking adjust salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
